Survival Factory (SF) was established based on evolving human corporate leadership science in a unique method that combines specific environmental conditions and practical corporate team building activities to assess leadership and team member strengths, weaknesses and ideal leadership positioning based on performance.

SF has identified a real need for corporate leadership assessment/profiling throughout the ever growing corporate arena, that may place their staff in positions where they can perform to their full potential based on SF recommendations, and reflecting performance during the practical assessment exercises.

SF would like to introduce to the corporate world our approach and ability to reshape a companies culture when creating an effective and extremely productive team that can work under arduous conditions, and be exposed to different working environments that take people out of their comfort zone.

SF invites organizations to a challenging experience away from the office environment. One of the aims is to assist Human Resource Departments and the Executive Management team in the selection of its most valued asset and identify natural leadership in its people.

SF has designed assessment packages that can be tailored to the clients' requirements in selecting personnel to fulfill specific corporate positions.

SF is confident that the individuals' experience will result positively for an organizations productivity. Competent leadership, teamwork and a goal-orientated team of people can achieve higher results, increase profit margins and create a harmonious work place.

Our concept is simple: Using survival scenarios and environments, SF aims to identify and train corporate warriors, assisting them through coaching and mentoring to realize their true potential. We have one aim: enhance corporate leadership to contribute to organizational success.

  • Corporate Initiatives involving Survival Factory

This also presents the individual with the opportunity to take the initiative and lead the team based on their in-built leadership qualities that come to surface during arduous conditions throughout the entire duration of the assessment phase. Skills such as first aid, bush survival, navigation through jungle, improvised methods to acquire food & water, construction tools to overcome obstacles, safety standards and practices in arduous conditions to mention a few.

Before we assess our participants we like to arm them with the essential knowledge and skill sets to overcome likely challenges in an arduous environment, as many corporate members have not ventured out into a non sterile situation and are demanded to perform and complete their mission successfully utilizing what may be available at the time to them.
